Summary

We collect as little as we need to run the key system and sell premium plans. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

Discord account data you authorise when you connect Discord (user ID and username). Key data: your key, its expiry and the hardware identifier that binds a key to a device. Purchase data from Stripe, our payment processor (plan, amount, status); we never receive or store full card numbers. Basic technical logs such as IP address and timestamps from our servers and key gateways.

Who is responsible

Sable Hub, operated from France, decides how and why your data is processed. See the Legal Notice for contact details.

Why we use it

To issue and validate keys, deliver premium access and roles, prevent key sharing and abuse, provide support, and meet legal and accounting duties. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in securing the service, and legal obligation.

Third parties

Discord (sign-in and roles), Lootlabs (the gate you clear to get a free key; it runs its own ads and tracking under its own policy), Monetag and Work.ink (advertising on the get key page, loaded only if you accept), Stripe (payments), FlowAuth (key management) and Cloudflare (hosting and storage of free key records). Typefaces are served from this website. Roblox game icons are loaded from Roblox's content network.

Cookies

This website sets no analytics cookies. The get key page loads advertising scripts from Monetag and Work.ink only after you accept, and those providers may set their own cookies. The other third parties listed above may set theirs.

Retention

We keep key and purchase records while your account is active and as long as needed for fraud prevention and accounting, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Contact us on the Sable Hub Discord server and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Children

The service is not for children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
